Update your products in bulk with our revamped dashboard tools.

Sorting/Filtering Products in Bulk

To start sorting or filtering products in your inventory, head on over to your Dashboard as follows:

  • To sort products by Price on the catalog page
    • Go to Dashboard > Products > select a category list to load
    • Click on the Price header on the catalog page
    • Sorting price works as follows, based on the following cycle of clicks:
      • Sort in ascending order
      • Sort in descending order
      • Reset to category list’s original sort order

  • To sort products by Quantity on the catalog page
    • Go to Dashboard > Products > select a category list to load
    • Click on the Quantity header on the catalog page
    • Sorting quantity works as follows, based on the following cycle of clicks:
      • Sort in ascending order
      • Sort in descending order
      • Reset to category list’s original sort order

  • To filter products by Availability on the catalog page
    • Go to Dashboard > Products > select a category list to load
    • Click on the Filter by Availability dropdown on the catalog page
    • Filtering by availability works as follows, based on the following menu options:
      • Filter to display products that are ‘In Stock’
      • Filter to display products that are ‘Out of Stock’
      • Filter to display products that are ‘Backordered’
      • Clear any filter(s) applied

To reset all sorting and filters, simply hit the “Clear All” button next to the Filter by Availability dropdown menu.

Note: sorting and filtering products by any type does not save the sort order to your loaded category list.

Updating Products in Bulk

To start bulk updating certain attributes of selected products in your inventory, perform the following respective steps:

  • Update Price of products in bulk
    • Go to Dashboard > Products > select a category list to load
    • Select one or any number of products on the catalog page to bring up additional bulk editing functions
    • Bulk editing price works in the following ways:
      • Bulk update price by adjusting prices of select products by a specific price
      • Bulk update price by adjusting prices of selected products by a % value
      • Bulk update price by adjusting prices of selected products by a numeric value
      • Cancel the bulk editing price pop-up and return to the catalog page

  • Update Availability of products in bulk
    • Go to Dashboard > Products > select a category list to load
    • Select one or any number of products on the catalog page to bring up additional bulk editing functions
    • Bulk editing availability works in the following ways:
      • Bulk update availability by setting availability of select products to ‘Out of Stock’
      • Bulk update availability by setting availability of select products to ‘In Stock’
      • Cancel the bulk editing availability pop-up and return to the catalog page

We have also condensed our existing bulk editing functions into a single dropdown menu as follows:

Each bulk-edit action performed from this dropdown menu above will also have an extra confirmation pop-up to ensure you are certain about making these bulk adjustments (especially for bulk disabling and deletion).

Updating Products from the Catalog Listing Page

If you only want to update your pricing or quantity of a few select products without necessarily having to go into each product detail page to update them, we have good news for you. You can now update the pricing and quantity of your products directly from the catalog listing page!

To start updating products from the product list view, just do the following:

  • Update Price of products directly on the catalog page
    • Go to Dashboard > Products > select a category list to load
    • Hover over the Price field of any product on the catalog page
    • In-line price editing works as follows:
      • When any editable price field is clicked, a price number can be inputted
      • Cancel or Save the price change
      • New price is applied

  • Update Quantity of products directly on the catalog page
    • Go to Dashboard > Products > select a category list to load
    • Hover over the Quantity field of any product on the catalog page
    • In-line quantity editing works as follows:
      • When any editable quantity field is clicked, a quantity count can be inputted
      • Cancel or Save the quantity change
      • New quantity count is applied
